To the MoonDAO Community & Grants Team, My name is Dharm Gujarati (Antariksh), a Mechanical Engineering student at Nirma University, India. I am writing to you because my journey represents the very core of MoonDAO’s mission: democratizing access to space for those with the drive, regardless of their financial background. The Historic Opportunity (Why Now?) I have been officially selected by Aaka Space Studio for their upcoming Analog Astronaut Mission. This request is time-sensitive. Based on my age, completing this specific mission before my upcoming birthday is the only way to secure the following records:

  1. The Youngest Analog Astronaut for mars mission.
  2. The World’s Second Youngest Analog Astronaut.

If I miss this specific mission window due to funding, I will age out of this category, and the opportunity to claim this historical record for the community will be lost. The Situation I have secured the seat and passed the rigorous selection process (backed by my background as a SERA Candidate and NASA-curriculum trainee). Recognizing my potential, Aaka Space Studio has successfully reviewed my profile and, while they cannot waive the fee, they have offered a special flexible payment arrangement to keep me on the roster (Verification attached). However, as a student, I lack the liquidity to fund the initial payments. My university cannot fund private missions, and traditional corporate sponsors in India are hesitant to back individual students. The Proposal I am seeking sponsorship from MoonDAO to cover the mission costs of 55k ruppes (as per indian ruppes ) In return, I want this mission to be a victory for the MoonDAO community. What MoonDAO Gets (ROI):
